DELIVERY TIMES DURING HOLIDAY SEASON
Days and weeks leading up to holidays can cause some changes in your current delivery time schedules and we want to make sure that you are aware that the delivery commitment times for both FedEx and UPS are modified during their "Peak Season".
Here are some examples:
FedEx Priority Overnight
If your delivery time is usually 10:30am, it may be 12:00pm
If your delivery time is usually 12:00pm, it may be 1:30pm
FedEx Standard Overnight
Many of our orders shipped this method aren't being delivered on time!!
We strongly suggest that you ship Priority Overnight to have the best hope of receive your orders in a timely manner.
Additionally, FedEx has suspended their Money Back Guarantees on all expedited shipping methods until further notice.
So even if they miss the delivery date, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee. :-(
UPS Next Day Air
If your delivery time is usually 12:00, it may be 3:00pm
If you only have delivery by end of business day, it may be 8:00pm
UPS NDA Saver
AGAIN, many of our orders shipped this method aren't being delivered on time!!
We strongly suggest that you ship Next Day Air to have the best hope of receive your orders in a timely manner.
Any shipments that are labeled 2nd Day delivery are not even leaving the hubs in some cases!!
In light of the present shipping situation with both carriers, please place your orders as many
days in advance of your service as possible to ensure that they arrive in time for the service.
